Accepting these terms

By creating an account, accessing the Hurreh platform (website, app, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept these terms on their behalf.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email and in-app notice of any material changes. Continued use of Hurreh after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Who can use Hurreh

• Any student aged 6 and above, with parental or guardian consent if under 18
• Parents or guardians registering on behalf of their children
• Schools and institutions (under a separate institutional agreement)
• Users located anywhere Hurreh’s services are available

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Here’s what that means in practice:

• Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential
• Do not share your account with others — one account per person
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Ensure your profile information is accurate and kept up to date

Hurreh is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Hurreh is a safe, joyful space for learners. To keep it that way, the following are not allowed:

• Cheating, manipulating quiz scores, or using bots/automation to gain unfair advantages
• Sharing, copying or distributing Hurreh’s quiz content, lessons or game mechanics without permission
• Posting or transmitting any harmful, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate content
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform or its servers
• Creating multiple accounts to gain extra prizes, rewards or advantages
• Impersonating another user, parent, teacher or Hurreh staff member
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Violations may result in warnings, suspension or permanent account termination. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Content & IP

All content on Hurreh — including quizzes, lessons, game designs, illustrations, videos, brand assets and the Hurreh name/logo — is the intellectual property of Hurreh and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• You may use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial learning
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from any Hurreh content without written permission
• Screenshots for personal use or genuine educational discussion are acceptable; mass distribution is not

Prizes & rewards 🏆

Hurreh’s badges, streaks, leaderboard positions and the HurrEhBox prize are a core part of the experience. Here’s how they work:

• Prizes and the HurrEhBox are awarded based on legitimate in-platform performance only
• Hurreh reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any score or streak before awarding prizes
• Accounts found to have cheated or used unfair means will be disqualified and prizes forfeited
• Prize availability, eligibility criteria and delivery terms are as stated in the specific campaign or competition rules at the time of the event
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated
• Winners may be required to provide a delivery address and parent/guardian consent before prizes are dispatched

Payments & refunds

Some Hurreh features or plans may require payment. Where this applies:

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment partners
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings

One-time in-app purchases (e.g. specific course packs) are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless there is a technical fault on our side.

Suspension & termination

We want every Hurreh learner to have a great experience. In cases where the safety or integrity of the platform is at risk, we may:

• Issue a warning for first-time or minor violations
• Temporarily suspend an account pending investigation
• Permanently terminate an account for serious or repeated violations

You may also delete your own account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability & disclaimer

Hurreh provides its platform on an “as is” basis and makes no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content that may be linked to from Hurreh
• Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes & governing law

We always prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably. If you have a concern:

• First: email us at support@hurreh.com and give us a fair chance to fix it
• If unresolved after 30 days: you may escalate via mediation or legal proceedings
