During this phase:
Features, quizzes, points, and reward-related systems may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice
The platform may experience bugs, delays, or interruptions
Reward programs may vary based on availability, participation, and program rules
Hurreh is continuously improving during this phase, and users are encouraged to participate with this understanding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hurreh, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Users under 18 must use Hurreh under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. About Hurreh
Hurreh is a learning engagement platform designed to make academic study more interactive through quizzes and participation-based activities.
Users can:
Participate in quizzes
Earn Hurreh Points
Take part in special programs that may include promotional rewards
🎁 During certain campaigns or the beta phase, selected users may receive rewards such as cash or gifts based on participation, performance, and program rules.
3. Eligibility & Registration
To use Hurreh:
You must be a Class 6–8 student or a parent/guardian registering on behalf of a student
You must provide accurate and complete information
Only one account per user is allowed
Fake or duplicate accounts may be suspended or removed
You are responsible for maintaining your account security
4. Hurreh Points System
Points are earned through participation in quizzes and activities
Points are tracked using the myCred system
Points have no cash value outside the Hurreh platform
Hurreh may adjust points in case of errors, misuse, or system issues
5. Rewards & bKash Disbursement
Hurreh may run reward programs where users can receive promotional incentives based on participation, performance, or campaign rules.
To receive rewards:
A valid bKash number is required
Rewards are processed within approximately 7 working days (unless otherwise stated)
Manual verification may be required for fairness and security
⚠️ Important (Beta Reward Policy):
Reward programs are limited in scope during the beta phase
Reward amounts and availability may vary by campaign
Maximum reward limits per user may apply
Processing delays may occur during verification
🎁 Rewards are intended as promotional incentives to support engagement and learning motivation during the beta phase.
6. Referral Program
Users may invite others using referral links or codes.
Rewards (if applicable) are granted only after valid participation
Fake, self, or automated referrals are strictly prohibited
Violations may result in:
Point removal
Reward cancellation
Account suspension
7. Quiz Rules & Fair Play
To ensure fairness:
All quizzes must be completed individually
Use of bots, scripts, or automation is strictly prohibited
Any suspicious activity may result in disqualification
Quiz results are final after submission
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must NOT:
Create multiple or fake accounts
Use bots, hacks, or automation tools
Share or sell accounts
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to manipulate points or leaderboard systems
Violations may result in account suspension and loss of access to rewards or points.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Hurreh (including quizzes, text, graphics, logos, and design) belongs to Hurreh.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hurreh is provided on an “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted service
Error-free performance
Availability of reward programs at all times
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hurreh is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or system interruptions.
11. Platform Changes
Hurreh may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including quizzes, points, or reward programs) at any time to improve the platform or during the beta phase.
12. Legal Protection & System Integrity
Reward Programs
Reward programs are designed to encourage participation and learning engagement. Availability may vary based on campaign structure and platform conditions.
Platform Flexibility
Hurreh reserves the right to adjust features, rules, or reward systems as needed during the beta phase.
Fraud & Abuse Protection
Hurreh may investigate and take action against suspicious or fraudulent activity, including withholding rewards or points when necessary.
Account Safety
Accounts may be suspended or restricted to maintain fairness, security, and platform integrity.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka.
